Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Credits and billing

Plans renew monthly and add the plan's credits to your account. Credits from paid plans expire 90 days after they are added; top-up credits after 12 months; free credits after 30 days. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except as stated here. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 50 credits, email us for a full refund.

Content rules

You may not use the Service to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people without their consent, content that harasses, threatens or defames, content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark, or content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and generate, subject to the licence terms of the underlying models, which permit commercial use. You give us permission to store and process your uploads and results in order to run the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos of people.

Availability

Generations are produced by third-party models and may fail, be slow, or be withdrawn. We do our best to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and prices with notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
